Redinha is a small fishing village. It starts with a few cafes and then a thin beach lined with lots and houses, aesthetically unremarkable. You can surf at 500 m. There is a covered market. The beach is intensely popular, poor and mixed. The tourists are quite few, they are mostly inhabitants of Natal who flee the city. A European does not pass unnoticed. One eats a fish with tapioca, one drinks a polar beer. On Sundays, we dance a lambada 10 m from the ocean, with amateur orchestras; we dance in pairs, we dance alone, we dance in threes, we dance sitting down. In short, we party without stress!
