The name of master pastry chef Lluís Febrer is well known in town, but also on the rest of the island. This family-run business specializes not only in traditional pastries, but also in Menorcan and Balearic specialties. Cookies, muffins, madeleines, panellets, mitjallunes, ensaïmadas and other sweet treats are available from the stalls. Note that everything produced here is gluten-free! Something to delight all gourmets. Last but not least, the house can deliver to your home, even if it's in France! An address worth trying out!

Un oasi per als celíacs. Molt bons els pastissets de formatge i les pizzetes; les ensaimades tbé boníssimes. El pa rodó que fan ens va agradar molt. Fan també ensaimades sense gluten per encàrrec, amb molta varietat de farciments.
I l'atenció, molt amables i atents, inmillorable.
Parada segura cada cop que vinguem a menorca!

We came here just for this, and it was absolutely worth it. The owner is incredibly kind, and speaks English. The patisseries are one of best gluten free I have had. Highly recommend it, and price is fair!

Buena panadería con pastas y pasteles sin gluten. Hemos visitado unas cuantas pastelerías completamente sin gluten y nos esperábamos algo más. Ésta tiene con y sin gluten, cosa que es un poco arriesgado. Un descuido y se puede contaminar algo.
