Downstairs from the hotel of the same name, the Loar restaurant can seat up to 150 people and is open to non-residents of the hotel, which is rather good news given the excellent value for money of the cuisine served. Menorcan specialities are offered on the two menus (daily and special) as well as à la carte: oliaigo (local soup), albergínies farcides (stuffed eggplants ), calamar farcit (stuffed squid) and caldereta de llagosta (lobster stew). A warm, traditional, local address.
