Day 1: What to do in Ibiza in 3 days? Eivissa, the capital of Ibiza

Dalt Vila is Ibiza's historic district. From the island's capital to its castle, this first day promises to be an exciting one. So put on your best walking shoes, and let's get going!

Morning: Portal de Ses Taules, ramparts, Santo Domingo church and Puget museum

There's nothing like starting your stay in Dalt Vila,Eivissa's old town, which plunges you into Ibiza's history through its UNESCO-listed XVIᵉ century ramparts. You enter through the Portal de ses Taules, the imposing main entrance to the old town, which opens the way to a magnificent maze of picturesque alleyways.

Just 250 meters away, you'll come across the stunning Santo Domingo church (Sant Domènec de Vila), whose white walls and overall architecture are pleasantly reminiscent of Greek houses. Adorable! Adjacent to a 17thᵉ century convent, it houses eleven chapels adorned with paintings, offering a lovely visit during your getaway.

The walk continues 350 m to the west, towards the Chapel of San Cristòfol, associated with the Monestir de Canoneses Regulars de Sant Agustí, rebuilt after the civil war.

Finally, before lunch, your steps lead you to the famous Puget Museum, housed in the XVᵉ century Can Comasema palace. The uncluttered decor perfectly showcases the works of Narcís Puget Viñas and Narcís Puget Riquer. Here you can discover, in an artistic way, the island's rural past through around 130 paintings.

Afternoon: Madina Yabisa Interpretation Centre, archaeological museum, cathedral and castle

The afternoon begins at the Madina Yabisa Interpretation Centrelocated less than 150 metres from the Puget Museum, in the Casa de la Cúria. Here, you'll be immersed in the history of the Arab medina and the Yabisa city! You'll examine the island's entire Muslim period in one of its most emblematic buildings. A wonderful visit, with the added bonus of access to the belvedere overlooking the port.

While you're in the area, we invite you to stop off at the Archaeological Museum of Eivissa and Formentera. It takes you on a journey through more than 3,000 years of history, thanks to objects discovered during excavations on the islands. The Punic, Roman and Arab periods are particularly highlighted.

As the museum is located in Plaça de la Catedral, you won't be surprised to also find Eivissa Cathedral, built on the site of an ancient mosque. From its Gothic and Baroque architecture to its luminous, delicately decorated interior, it's a must-see!

Now it's time to head north again, towards Castel d'Eivissa. Overlooking the town, the Castel d'Eivissa, a must-see in Ibiza, promises a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the old town. Within its walls, you'll discover the island's fascinating history.

Finally, this first day ends at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACE), which exhibits modern works by artists influenced by Ibiza. As a bonus, you can admire archaeological remains discovered on site during construction work.

Day 2: What to do in Ibiza in 3 days? Between hippie markets and beaches

Why not relax a little? Stroll through the markets and laze on the beach. That's the beauty of the islands: they're full of idyllic beaches!

Morning: Stroll through one of Ibiza's hippie markets

Did you know that Ibiza was once a hotbed of the hippie movement? And you can still see it in many places! The ideal way to soak up this "baba cool" atmosphere is to stroll through a hippie market. Although only open on Wednesdays, the Punta Arabi market in Es Canar is an ideal place to discover the island's vibrant atmosphere. A banner sets the tone, with its big letters proudly displaying "Hippy Market"! Between colorful stalls, incense, retro objects and music, you'll find yourself immersed in a colorful universe, while sampling local specialties. It's the perfect place to pick up original souvenirs to bring back from your 3 days in Ibiza!

Rather visit the island for a weekend? Set your sights on another must-see, the Las Dalias market, founded in the 1950s and open on Saturdays and Sundays. This white-sand beach, fringed by cliffs, offers the ideal setting for relaxing and admiring the horizon. What's more, its crystal-clear, shallow waters make it safe for families to swim. Perfect if you're visiting Ibiza with children! It's also an ideal spot if you love snorkelling.

And the good news is that Ibiza abounds in superb beaches for relaxing, such as Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and Platja d'en Bossa, with its tropical air and beautiful palm trees.

It's time to explore new horizons, while enjoying the beauty of the island. The day begins in the charming village of Portinatx, and continues to Sant Antoni de Portmany, the island's second largest town. Plenty of other great visits in between!

Morning: Visit the village of Portinatx

The adorable fishing village Portinatxlocated to the north of Ibiza, is surrounded by magnificent beaches. That's at least one good reason to visit, and it's not the only one! Although urbanized for tourism, the village has retained its special charm.

The beach at Cala de Sant Vincent, one of the most beautiful on the island, invites you to try out its turquoise waters and local restaurants, where you can sample specialties. You can also stroll through the center of Portinatx, discovering step by step its small fishing port, while enjoying splendid views from the lighthouse of Punta del Moscater and the defensive tower of Punta de sa Torre.

Now it's time to take a leisurely drive to Sant Antoni de Portmany, some 30 km to the west. Along the way, you'll discover beaches such as Cala Llenya, ideal for relaxing, and Cala Mastella, a more intimate cove lined with pine trees. We'd love to stay!

Afternoon: escapade to Sant Antoni de Portmany

If you follow the coast to Sant Antoni de Portmany doesn't tempt you, you can also explore the hinterland. From Portinatx, you'll reach the village of Sant Joan de Labritja, whose cobbled streets and colorful houses make for a pleasant visit.

Continuing southwards, you'll discover Sant Mateu D'Albarca on a bucolic stroll through vineyards and almond groves, before reaching the picturesque village of Santa Agnés de Corona, where the landscape is dominated by dry-stone walls and flocks of sheep. It's as picturesque as it is exotic!

You've finally arrived in Sant Antoni, where the visit begins with theSa Punta des Molí cultural area, dominated by its pretty windmill and old agricultural installations. The town, easily accessible on foot or by bike, then invites you to discover its emblematic monuments such as the Egg of Columbus and the Church of San Antonio.

Day 4: What to do in Ibiza in 4 days? Discover Formentera

While it's possible to kayak from Ibiza to Formentera, there's another hybrid experience on offer: a boat trip, with gourmet meals and relaxing stops! Departing from Happiness Beach in Ibiza, you climb aboard a catamaran for a half-hour trip. You're off for an original discovery of the Balearic Islands, while enjoying a delicious breakfast or welcome snack.
