Comfortable rooms in an elegant hotel with rooftop pool and excellent restaurant in Santa Gertrudis.
A true temple of Zen, the recently opened Gatzara Hotel is a little jewel of charm and elegance. With its refined design, raw natural materials worked with finesse, and contemporary furniture, there is something very Feng Shui about this clear and bright place. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant excellent and the staff very attentive. Hats off to the swimming pool on the roof top. An oasis of serenity in the small typical village of Santa Gertrudis, for which you will however have to be ready to extend a few tickets.

This is the worst price/quality experience I have done. For 4 nights we couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the street, water pipe and neighbours.
The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable and didn’t help to have a rest.
Moreover for one day we couldn’t even shower because we didn’t have hot water in the room. We didn’t even have water or coffe in the room…not even breakfast was included.
It’s just not the service and quality you expect when you pay those prices. Without mentioning the tinny room we got.
The guy at the reception told us he would give us 5% discount because of the bad experience, but unfortunately we also didn’t see any reduction on our final invoice.
