Founded in 1926, this restaurant is very popular with locals. Located in the city centre, it is now run by the founder's granddaughter, who has managed to preserve all the charm of the large rustic dining room and the interior garden. On the kitchen side, the menu offers international dishes, paellas and fideuas , but also other specialties of the island such as gallo al horno al estilo ibicenco (baked chicken in Ibiza style), lubina al hinojo (fennel sea bass) or lenguado al champagne fillets (fillets of sole with champagne)!
