CARNES MARCH

A quality delicatessen to stock up on local or peninsula products: Ibiza wines, ecological olive oil, sobrassada, bellota ham, etc. Founded in 1965 by Vicente Roselló, it was the first butcher's shop in Sant Antony de Portmany. Run by the same family for three generations, Vincente's grandchildren have become breeders, taking care of their own herds of cows and pigs on their farm called La Cigüeña Negra. There are two other shops on the island (Eivissa and Sant Llorenç).
