A quality delicatessen to stock up on local and peninsular products: Ibizan wines, ecological olive oil, sobrassada, bellota ham, etc. Founded in 1965 by Vicente Roselló, this was the first butcher's shop in Sant Antoni de Portmany. Held by the same family for three generations, Vicente's grandchildren have become breeders, caring for their own herds of cows and pigs on their farm called La Cigüeña Negra. Two other stores on the island (Eivissa and Sant Llorenç).
