Es Tragón is an address that has no equal on the island. It is the only table to offer tasting menus (three formulas) that allow you to experience a wide range of Mediterranean cuisine. The young and inventive chef Álvaro Sanz is in the kitchen, having fun with textures and flavours, giving his interpretation of market recipes and not hesitating to surprise. The setting, in the heart of nature, is superb and the wine list has no less than 80 labels. For a meal an expensive hair, but oh so tasty.

Une belle découverte avec une multitude de plats divisés eux aussi en petites portions. Sur la dizaine de plats 2 ne nous ont pas convaincus 4 très bons et 4 exceptionnels. Le service est attentionné mais discret. Le cadre est joli mais sans vue.

Staff excellent. Un story telling à chaque play. En revanche trop de viande, en 2021 vous servir sur une peau de lapin est de très mauvais goût. Ils nous ont fait payer les digestifs … sans dire que c était payant. Cher pour l expérience qui est trop arrogant et hautain

Un collègue m'a invité à l'Es Tragon à Sant Antoni. J'étais conquis par leur carte de vins. Excellente.
