Le Banc des Saveurs, for the distracted, is nothing other than the Claes-Stroobants fishmonger's, run for some time by Pascal, the son. Quality, freshness and dedication have not been forgotten. The wholesalers are always strictly selected. The fishing techniques favoured by the owner are line fishing and farming with an organic label. Lobsters, fish, shellfish and crustaceans now rub shoulders with wines, condiments and delicatessen (caviar and king crab!). A success, supported by outstanding catering dishes (home delivery possible)!
