FROM COMPTOIR
A newcomer to the Brussels scene, From is the initiative of two cheese enthusiasts: Étienne Boissy is French, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, and his "compère" Bénédicte Dartois, who made a bold shift from finance to dairy products. Passionate people who select their products according to criteria such as raw milk, farm producers, "coups de cœur"... Raw products made from cow's, goat's and sheep's milk, from all over the EEC, but also with a local base that reminds us of this advert from the 1990s: "Belgian cheese? A bit of everything..."
