Pour qui je me prends?
Du personnel qui oublie que le client est roi, des rayons souvent mal rangés, des clients qui croient qu'ils sont omniscients, un des magasins que j'évite le plus possible tellement l'ambiance y est plus que désagréable et que les mêmes produits ou équivalents se retrouvent là où on est écouté et respecté.
