This wine shop used to focus exclusively on Languedoc-Roussillon organic wines and gourmet products from the same region, but has evolved over the years to make room for more mischievous wines and beers from local microbreweries. Available by the bottle or glass, you'll discover some real nuggets. Don't overlook the plates and small dishes (charcuterie, cheese, rillettes, pâté, beef tataki...) that go well with the labels on offer. Head office of the same name in Paris, between Beaubourg and Sébastopol.
