Quality and rigorously selected meat, various cold cuts, some of which are home-made, catering service, roast chickens (Wednesday and Saturday), and delicious sandwiches filled every lunchtime. Above all, Jean-Pierre Bontemps and his team know their trade and are not stingy with advice on preparation and cooking. Roast chicken on Wednesdays, on reservation. Finally, parking is easier since the transformation of the Edith Cavell hospital into a day clinic. Good news for all the customers and traders in Cavell Village.
