Here, everything is homemade and in the rules of the art. But only the finest pieces of meat are found on their shelves, some of which are labelled. Each product is homemade and guaranteed free of starches, colourings, preservatives and gluten. When the barbecue season approaches, the twenty or so types of small sausages are all the rage! With cheese, herbs, spinach, cumin, pepper, curry, etc. There is something for every taste and every occasion! In winter, it's the homemade sauerkraut that gets the crowds going.
