It's in this elegant boutique on Place van Meenen that Pierre de Almeida and Alessandra Roemaet offer vegan pastries, most of them gluten-free. It's impossible to resist these jewel-like treats. Here, imagination rules, with daring combinations like their Pioupiou, which mixes roasted coriander seeds, raspberry-beetroot confit and toasted coconut mousse. Sorbets and cookies are also on the menu. Just as delicious as a classic pastry, but so much lighter.
