There's no secret, a good tart starts with a real pastry made on the spot in the workshop entirely visible from the tasting room. The content is inspired by recipes from all over the world and the originality lies in the size of the pies: from the zakouskis format for tasting almost anything to the gourmet format for large families. Foodizz offers a different way of eating at lunchtime with a range of mini pies accompanied by a salad. Why go without?
