One of the city's oldest and best bakers since 1935. Three outlets, a workshop in Koekelberg and a huge choice of breads, pastries and cakes. As well as homemade ice creams and a host of sweet treats such as chocolate, macaroons, speculoos and more. And then there are the surprise breads that open the ball to a top-quality catering service. These pastries are proof that sweet and savoury go hand in hand. The queue is often long, and well worth it... Two other boutiques in Jette and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.

Ne vous laissez pas impressionner par la queue (quasi) permanente sur le trottoir: de 5 à 7 vendeuses virevoletent derrière le comptoir de cette institution de la très bonne boulangerie. Prix élevés mais souvent justifiés

En revanche, baissez vos tarifs et viennoiseries car c'est un très mauvais rapport qualité prix !
Moi qui suis attachée au goût de la bonne baguette et des succulentes viennoiseries ça me rend un peu triste que ce soit cette qualité qui soit associée aux produits de tradition française.
Changez de boulanger ou dans votre cas de machine et de farine peut-être ?!
