For five generations, Bevernaege has been renowned for its delicious, soft marzipan in a variety of forms. The famous "lingot", a raspberry cookie topped with caramelized Italian meringue, is a must. Cramique and craquelin are also available, as are thirteen types of bread (sourdough, old-fashioned, gluten-free, etc.), pure butter cookies and homemade chocolates. Everything is guaranteed free of flavor enhancers. The lightly toasted toast, sprinkled with cinnamon, is a must if you want to rediscover the flavors of yesteryear.
