There's no Mike, or even Becky, in this chocolate factory, but Julia Mikerova and Björn Becker, two pod enthusiasts who swear by organic methods and the bean-to-bar approach, where the producer controls every stage from cocoa bean selection to bar manufacture. Their grands crus come from the 4 corners of the globe: Belize, Congo, the Philippines... and can be enjoyed naked, with lavender, nuts, coffee and even cheese, or as hot chocolate (one of the best in the capital) with a homemade pastry.
