Marcolini is the leader of the Belgian luxury chocolate and pastry makers and was named "Best Pastry Chef in the World" in 2020.

Pierre Marcolini has been one of Belgium's best-known and most talked-about chocolatiers for 3 eons now. His niche: premium cocoa and artistic chocolate creations. World champion in 1995, he remains the star chocolatier of the Belgian scene. His Sablon boutique is a veritable showcase for chocolates and cakes. A visit to this master boutique is well worth the detour. But every jewel has its price! Tip for treating yourself without breaking the budget: ask for a small mix of a few chocolates in a bag.

Le meilleur chocolat
Pour moi sans aucun doute le meilleur chocolatier pour les vrais amateurs de chocolat. Les pâtisseries sont également très bonnes et la pâte à tartiner casse noisettes est excellente avec une grande quantité de noisettes dedans.
