And how good are the breads, pastries and cakes from Christian Celej! Organic flour, natural leavening, the bread doughs are pampered as they should be. There are two main "schools" to choose from: the French school, with crisp breads and a honeycombed crumb (like the baguette or the pain-baguette) and the German school, with strong flavours and a tight crumb (like the meteil or the cannabis, made with rye). We vote for the Sicilian bread with olive oil, crispy as can be, and the pear and chocolate tart. Another address in Anderlecht, rue de la Procession.
