LA FLEUR DU PAIN FLAGEY
A Frenchman who has lived in Belgium for a quarter of a century, Laurent Richard has made a name for himself by delivering his bread to such prestigious establishments as Villa Lorraine and Rob's grocery stores. Using additive-free flours, he creates a range of particularly tasty breads. Thousands of loaves, rolls and viennoiseries are produced every day at the 55-strong Ganshoren workshop, supplying its six (soon to be 7) boutiques and "pro" customers. The Court of Belgium is even said to be among these customers.
