Charli is green, organic, 100% natural, a true friend of nature! Charles Reboulet is off the beaten track! You have to try his demi-gris with figs and almonds, his apple tarte tatin or his puff pastries made with Poitou-Charentes PDO butter. Through the workshop windows, you can observe the breads made from long-fermented dough (from 24 hours to 4 days!). A few seats allow you to enjoy the bread with a cup of coffee. As an alternative to (breakfast) meals that are all too often lacking in nourishment, go to Charli Salé two houses down.

Excellente boulangerie
Notre boulangerie du petit déjeuner ! Des pains au chocolat avec du vrai chocolat dedans, et ça fait une réelle différence ! L'accueil est chaleureux, et l'endroit agréable si on arrive à trouver une place assise pour déguster !

La meilleure boulangerie de Bruxelles ! Il faut parfois faire la queue un moment mais l'attente vaut le coup ! Pains, pâtisseries, café, chocolat chaud, tout est délicieux !
