Charli is green, organic, 100% natural, a true friend of nature! Charles Reboulet is off the beaten track! You have to try his demi-gris with figs and almonds, his apple tarte tatin or his puff pastries made with Poitou-Charentes PDO butter. Through the workshop windows, you can observe the breads made from long-fermented dough (from 24 hours to 4 days!). A few seats allow you to enjoy the bread with a cup of coffee. As an alternative to (breakfast) meals that are all too often lacking in nourishment, go to Charli Salé two houses down.
