Pastry chef Yasushi Sasaki creates delicious works of art to be enjoyed without moderation, with the precision of a sushi chef! Opened in 2008, this patisserie has long since built up a fine reputation, crowned by the title of Best Brussels Chocolatier in 2024. On the shelves: viennoiseries, pastries (traditional French or Japanese, like dorayaki) and around twenty pralines. Brilliant and crunchy, including the best-selling Cœur Rouge. Our croissants are little marvels of flakiness, crunchiness and lightness.
