Their mission: to offer fresh truffles and various products made from this exceptional tuber. They mainly come from France and Italy but the products are homemade in their own workshop in the Marche region: oil, tapenades, mustard, black truffle carpaccio, sauces, rice, pasta... A large number of Belgian restaurant owners buy their supplies here and private individuals, eager for truffles and advice, are welcomed with open arms. All of which affirms a formula that is too often misused: "Directly from the producer to the consumer".
