Santos Palace's reputation is well established! The roasting company was founded as Compagnie Brésilienne in 1911, on rue de Manchester (where the workshop still stands today). Noël Blondeel, father of the current owner, bought the company 50 years ago and gave it its current name. Santos specializes in the roasting and sale of coffees, accompanying items (cookies, sugar...) and professional and domestic machinery. Maragogype or mokka reveal their delicate fragrances in the store, where advice and tasting are the order of the day.
