Built in 1928 by Victor Horta, this building has become a mecca for the cultural and artistic life of Brussels. It consists of a network of exhibition halls, theatres and the Henri Le Boeuf Hall, a 2,200-seat concert hall, to which new multimedia rooms have been added. The Palais des Beaux-Arts hosts countless cultural and artistic activities of international standing: music, exhibitions, theatre, dance. The Queen Elisabeth Classical Music Competition is held here.
