This is the oldest jazz club in Brussels, and its reputation is well established. Since 1986, the best Belgian and international jazzmen, as well as amateurs and up-and-coming stars, have followed in their footsteps. After 34 years of loyal service, former bosses Sergio and Rosy have handed over the reins to a new team who are keen to emphasize the "political" nature of jazz with the Buen Vivir association. On certain evenings, Sounds opens its doors in a "Resist" version, with a different program focusing on the sounds of Latin America.
