Pompon started out as a home brunch delivery business created by Valentine Percy and Sophie Abiraad. At the end of 2021, they took over the Declercq Bistro Garage space left vacant by the managers during the day. And what a contrast between Pompon's sweet menu and the car bodies, as the counter is located in a car dealership showroom! Whether you come for weekend brunch or lunch for a salad or a croque, everything is homemade, with local produce and a zero-waste approach.
