Here is a "zero waste" café-restaurant (Zero was the original name of the establishment) that has succeeded in establishing itself in its neighbourhood of Chatelain. Adepts of the circular economy and upcycling, everything has been thought according to these principles by the young people behind the project, starting with the decoration where everything has been recovered and transformed with the help of designers. In the kitchen, everything is obviously organic, in season and used to the maximum by Douglas, the chef. Even the strong alcohols are local! As for the brunch, to limit waste, it is à la carte.
