A top Italian restaurant offering the best carbonara in Brussels and dishes with Japanese accents.
First of all, there is the atmosphere, elegant and hushed. Then come the plates (designed exclusively for the restaurant). Inside, real Roman cuisine: pasta all'Amatriciana, artichokes alla Giuda or THE speciality of the house: a divine carbonara. On the "secondi" side, wagyu beef is treated in various ways (tripe, carpaccio). In short, quality products admirably prepared. Not surprising, Filippo La Vecchia was a chef in Japan and brought back some memories and a taste for precision. Beautiful Italian wine list and nice garden. A pearl!

Nous nous sommes rendus à l’Osteria Romana hier soir, et avons commandé le menu dégustation, affiché sur leur site à 95€ (pour 2 personnes) . Tout se passe très bien jusqu’à l’arrivée de la note, ou a ou à notre grande surprise notre menu dégustation est passé de 95€ (pour 2) a 190€ CAD (95€ p/p) ! Note final 278 €, à ce prix-là nous aurions pu aller manger dans un resto étoilé.
