Restaurant with terrace in Brussels near the canal and offering Italian food and wines.

La Crèche des Artistes has split its walls in the rue de la Crèche (Ixelles) to also settle in this trendy neighbourhood: the famous new UP-site Tower (42 floors of apartments, the highest apartment tower in Belgium!). Located on the ground floor to avoid heave-hopping, the restaurant benefits from a very nice terrace on the canal side (100 seats). One eats there a very honest and rather traditional Italian cuisine (larger menu than in Ixelles, no addition of cream) and one waters the whole with one of the 50 Italian wines of the menu.

J’avais connu le resto la crèche des artistes à Ixelles ou j’avais à chaque fois divinement bien mangé celui ci n’est en rien comparable tu étais insipide et sans saveur en commençant par les bruschetta puis la scarmozza et pour finir les papardelles au St Jacques…. Dommage je m’étais fait une joie de découvrir ce crèche des artistes 2.0

Très bonne ambiance et cadre agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse car le temps était de la partie donc encore mieux. Toutes les personnes ont apprécié la cuisine.
