Chief Van Hau N'Gguyen is wearing... Hau the Vietnamese food! This one is honored in a very airy and bright setting. Located in a magnificent villa from the beginning of the last century, in a nice residential area, this is an exceptional address. The products used are very fresh and the recipes from South-East Asia finely elaborated (partly based on ingredients from the market). The chef is passionate about wines and offers his beautiful discoveries, organic or nature (l) s. The reception by the hostess is attentive.

Les vins sont exceptionnels, les plats fins et délicieux. J'y ai découvert le "poisson" de boeuf, une pièce extrêmement tendre. Le chef est remarquable par sa cuisine mais aussi sa gentillesse. Le meilleur Vietnamien de Bruxelles!
