The latest project from Michelin-starred chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, but one that's close to his heart as it draws on his roots: Korea. Enter this bright, vitamin-packed den, filled with frescoes evoking the land of the morning calm, and start with a few shareable starters like japchae (beef tartar with sesame) or pajeons (kimchi and vegetable pancakes). The main course focuses on banchans, a series of side dishes (kimchi, shiso leaf, spinach, rice, etc.) based around a single ingredient (meat or non-meat), which you can mix and match to discover all the flavors. A real favorite!
