Located on the first floor of the Jam Hotel, Kaiju is a temple to Asian street-food, from Japan to Thailand. The interior resembles a restaurant you might find in Tokyo or Taiwan. The principle? You order several dishes, made to be shared, and enjoy a culinary voyage: won ton soup, Korean-style fried chicken, beef tataki... For an original touch, there are fusion specialties such as kimchi-style chicory. The bar swings excellent cocktails and, alongside Asahi and Tsing Tao, serves microbrewery beers.
