Yves Mattagne, double Michelin-starred chef at the late, lamented Sea Grill, has taken over the reins of this venerable establishment, which has evolved over the years. On one side, we have the restaurant, resolutely gastronomic and classic: a short menu featuring fish and seafood. On the other, there's the lounge, where chef Mattagne delights in the kitchen with a strong Asian touch (Brussels waffle with seaweed, crispy rice, entrecôte flambé with sake...). Dishes are for sharing, and all wrapped up in a superb decor. Quite an experience!
