Vegetarian meatballs, pork or chicken and a side dish, in a restaurant in Brussels offering take-away food.
A sort of compromise between restaurant and fast food (slow cook, fast served), this concept from Flanders is based on the famous ballekes (dumplings), a real institution in both the north and south of the country. You can choose between four different flavours of Glory Balls (vegetarian, pork or chicken), which are delicately crunchy on the outside and runny on the inside. The flavours created by the chef change with the seasons. Serve with salad or stoemp with sauce. Note that water and fruit are available free of charge on the tables. You can also buy to go.

C'est bon, c'est typiquement belge.
Entretemps un 2e restaurant c'est ouvert le long de la Bourse. Les 2 établissements sont souvent bien remplis.
Ils proposent également des boissons originales (notamment un jus pomme-rhubarbe, à tomber!), mais fait exceptionnel en Belgique : ils proposent une carafe d'eau plate (aromatisée menthe/citron) à table, gratuitement, ainsi que des fruits !
