More than just a wine bar, Picpoul is a true neighborhood restaurant. Owner Marc Combas is both wine merchant and chef. It's he who carefully prepares, by instinct, the few dishes on the menu, which change regularly. During our visit, he had smoked iberico ribs himself, full of flavor and tender as butter, and what can we say about the chocolate mousse, hazelnut slivers and smoked salt (the signature dessert)? The wines here are all natural, and Lou, the sommelier, will be happy to advise you. A place we love!
