Located 50 km from João Paulo II airport, the World's Nests Furnas Pods Village invites you to disconnect. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Furnas town center, the hotel is close to natural sites such as Fumarolas, Poca da Dona Beija (1 km away) and Terra Nostra Park (1.1 km away). Rooms are modern and comfortable, with soundproofed windows, sofa, coffee/tea maker, fridge and crockery. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities on site, including diving, canoeing and hiking. You can also discover Portugal's rich natural heritage at Lago da Agua Vulcanica (2 km away). A full breakfast is served every morning for around ten euros per person. Less than a kilometer away, the Bolos Levedos Rosa de Quental restaurant serves a variety of Portuguese dishes.

We rented the bikes for 15€ for the whole day and they let us park the car there all the day. We had full flexibility. Honestly we didn’t expect this kind of hospitality for just renting two bikes. They treated us as if we were staying at the hotel.
The tour around the laje very recommendable to do it by bike. Just a little steep at the beginning.
