Perfect location, very good bikes with a good condition, super breakfast, comfy, clean rooms, 100 points

Absolutely wonderful. I slept with a window open and listened to the babbling brook overnight. Unbelievable. It's a short walk into town and numerous hot springs, which is nice because you don't need to find parking. Leave your car at the property. Beautiful bikes available too, for free. The host made great breakfast, and the space was spotless. 10/10 a great place to stay in Furnas.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we rented bikes. They were really nice and offered us free coffee and a little pastry in the reception.

We rented the bikes for 15€ for the whole day and they let us park the car there all the day. We had full flexibility. Honestly we didn’t expect this kind of hospitality for just renting two bikes. They treated us as if we were staying at the hotel.

The tour around the laje very recommendable to do it by bike. Just a little steep at the beginning.

Invaluable service and warmness. Everything in perfect condition. If you need to stay here or rent bike its a no-brainer.

It’s pure nature in the middle of nature - green, water spring nearby, bicycles for the whole family and a great hosting family- awesome ????

A secret in the valley, great to relax looking at the beauty of the green trees, the birds singing... The smell of the flowers. All is well designed and thought. You can retn bikes and go around Furnas it's 5* for nature lovers. The little houses have everything you need to be independent. It's a place to go for sure and the staff are very friendly. Pedro and Leila are ????

Todo este espaço é encantador e onde cada bungalow está decorado com muito bom gosto. conforto e condições até 4 pessoas. Em todo este espaço reina uma paz incrivel em comunhão com os sons e verde da natureza .
De realçar a elevada atenção, simpatia e profissionalismo do seu staff e dos seus anfitriões.

Hermoso complejo de apartamentos rodeados de una naturaleza casi primigenia. Enormes cristaleras que dan una increíble luz en días lluviosos y nublados como los que hemos tenido estos días. Lo encontramos un poco frio al llegar, pero intuyendo esto y por comentarios de anfitriones anteriores, lo comunicamos al propietario y lo solucionaron poniendo un radiador antes de que llegáramos. El personal es muy amable y deseoso de ayudar en todo momento. Tienen casi de todo. Son los pequeños detalles que hemos echado en falta los que hacen que no le demos las 5 estrellas:
- no hay enchufe en el cuarto de baño. Secarse el pelo en la cocina no mola nada.
- wifi no funciona. Solo nos detectó la señal wifi en la zona de desayuno. Enlazamos pero volvió a desconectarse cuando volvimos al apartamento.
- no recomiendo alojarse en días de mucha lluvia. Dos días de tormenta no pudimos dormir en toda la noche porque la lluvia hacía mucho ruido con la chapa del techo.
- un alojamiento que sea eco-sostenible no se comprende que no tenga bidones de separación de basura en la cocina. Y que utilicen cápsulas para el café con lo contaminantes que son.
- el camino de acceso a poco que llueva se forma un riachuelo y es difícil de acceder con el coche. A no ser que sepas conducir rallieas.
Vuelvo a decir que los apartamentos son preciosos y muy bien equipados. Que el lugar es muy bonito. Pero si mejoran estos pequeños detalles contarán con mi máxima puntuación.

The Furnas Tourist Information office recommended hiring bikes in Furnas from this business, (we were staying elsewhere in the town). I made a booking through their website and payed through Paypal as suggested, but was only charged €15 for one bike instead of the two requested. I emailed them to tell them but didn't get a reply or confirmation of the booking. I tried calling them about six times but never got an answer. We ended up renting from car hire company Micauto instead and got two brand new bikes. Still awaiting a reply or a refund from World's Nests. A truly dreadful experience!
