Comfortable youth hostel in Ponta Delgada.
The establishment calls itself a youth hostel... Yes, there are dormitories, but Out Of The Blue offers a really comfortable standard. Floor-to-ceiling, chic decor, comfortable bathrooms... the facilities are really excellent for the price. As for breakfast, it's delicious (there are fresh, hot pancakes every morning!). There's also a small, enchanting garden and swimming pool, and the staff are very attentive. Themed evenings and outings are regularly organized during the high season.
