Decently clean, mainly the carpets need to be cleaned. Kids feet were black from how nasty they were. Cleaning fees are a bit overpriced. Arcade is a joke. Pools are nice and clean! Bars are overpriced. Jacuzzi tub was nasty. Tv remotes didn't work on either tv.

Rooms were nice and clean, the resort has a lot to do without leaving, and there's a Publix next door. The timeshare presentation they offer is not bad, but beware the "free" 7 night stay isn't free...count on $300-$1,000 with limited availability.

By far the worst resort we have stayed at. Very run down. The water area for the kids was completely rusted out. Usually we take a day to rest at the resort and swim. No way we did that here. If you take the transportation that they use to the parks, be prepared to be on it for 2 hours.

We come here all the time and Brad from big kahuna is always amazing!! His drinks never fail to be delicious and most of all his personality.. a lot of the employees seem very unhappy definitely puts a damper and makes you feel like your a pest I can understand because vacationers can be needy but he definitely makes it feel like an awesome vacation! If you visit this resort make sure to ask for him!

They love to scam MILITARY VETERANS, especially if you are a GWOT SERVICE MEDAL RECIPIENT DISABLED VETERAN with good credit, stay away from this company. They will ignore you after you sign their contract. If they can scam a veteran, they have absolutely no limits to how low they will go. I will keep informing consumers and the bureaus @BBB @CFPB
