To find espadrille at its foot (alpargatas), simply go to Casa Hernanz, which, since 1845, has been wearing all-Madrid with handmade models. A stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor, we are deliciously immersed in the Madrid of yesteryear. And, in addition to welcoming you with a smile, the advice is always wise and we can make you a tailor-made model. Be careful, there is often a line (the shop sells more than 100 000 pairs per year), but the originality of the espadrilles offered is worth a visit.
