On the border between Salamanca and Chamberí, El Puertito is the ideal address for tasting some iodized flavors. Quite simply, it's the best oyster bar in the capital! Run by Inaz Fernández, who first cut her teeth in Bilbao before landing in Madrid in 2023, the address is a little nugget. The decor is reminiscent of the Cap Ferret cabins, and the menu features oysters from Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands and even Ireland. Serve with a good beer or a glass of champagne.

EL PUERTITO is the place to be for lovers of oysters and good vibes. Inspired by the oyster huts of Cap Ferret (France), Inaz Fernández was an oyster farmer. He was responsible for popularizing the consumption of oysters. He removed the veneer of luxury and expensive products at market prices, in an informal atmosphere. His maxim: "I want everyone to be able to afford oysters".
