Christine can't hide her Franc-Comtois origins for long. The accent is typical of the region, and so is her passion for cheese. She offers some sixty types of cheese, based on the much-loved Gerentes cheeses, and works with Christian Janier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France fromager in Lyon, to select the best products, Comté, Morbier, Tomme à l'ail des ours, all carefully matured.
