CAVE MARCON

Wine Cellar Wine House
5/5
1 review

A wine merchant from generation to generation, Guy Marcon in turn passes on his know-how and secrets to his children. Very professional, they are not stingy with their knowledge - and they have a lot of it. The region's restaurateurs call on them to study their wine list as fervent defenders of the wines of the Languedoc and the Rhone Valley, associating typical and original wines with the various dishes of these establishments. Don't hesitate to go down to the tasting cellar, which is very convivial and houses some great wines.

BOULANGERIE-PATISSERIE SALON DE THE LA CHANTERELLE

Bakery

At La Chanterelle you will find traditional and special breads, and for the daily flutes, a flour of reasoned culture rich in fibres. Rye bread, country bread, cereal bread, lentils, wheat, it's up to you to find the bread that suits you. The bakery open on the shop, allows to meet these craftsmen and why not to discuss with them. You will also find a choice of quiches, pizzas and of course the desserts. Here everything is homemade with local products: blueberries, chestnuts, red fruits of the Velay. Also a range of chocolates and ice creams. Enjoy the tea room which offers a fine selection of local teas and fruit juices. On fine days, snacks and cold drinks are served on the beautiful sunny terrace.

MAISON DU CHAMPIGNON

Fruit and vegetable producers

Next to the restaurant La Coulemelle, this boutique is a living ode to the hosts of our woods. Hosted by the restaurant owners, the Mushroom House is more than a point of sale. In addition to the dry mushrooms and the ceps jars, a library space enriches space (identification books, gourmet recipes, etc.). You can also equip yourself to pick up mushrooms (special knives, baskets, etc.). You will learn that you won't pick mushrooms lightly! An "artistic" space complements everything. Want to surprise or be surprised? Taste the chocolates at the cèpe!!
