This family-run butcher's shop, founded in 1955, went on to specialize in traditional, artisanal charcuterie. And it's been a great success, as evidenced by the numerous awards it has won at agricultural competitions (including several gold medals at the international competition for the best sausage). Caillettes, ventrèches, jambonnettes terrines, tripes... all specialties are on offer. A must-visit address for bringing home good local produce, very popular with camper vans (70 free spaces available).
