This quality cheese factory has been in operation since 1925. It is a shop just the way we like it, simple, efficient and with a warm welcome. Here, we promote local products and especially cheese, the king of the place. Jacqueline Coulaud remains faithful to the local cheeses (Saint-Nictaire Fermier, Cantal, salers, gaperons, artisons) and to the honey from Velay, while the blue cheeses come from Gex, the PDO Roquefort from the Caves Baragnaudes... A look at the collection of cheese bells. Plates, deer, faisselles complete the atypical and authentic decor.
