In a very contemporary setting, Fanette offers a wide variety of cheeses from all over the world, with an emphasis on ripening, farmhouse and raw milk products, and a respect for seasonality. Here, tradition reigns supreme, and the PDO cheeses have a field day. You'll also find delicatessen products and wine to accompany your cheeses.
