Didier Rix is the master pastry chef, chocolatier, confectioner and ice-cream maker known to all. An expert in Valrhona, the patisserie offers a range of 25 exclusively homemade chocolates, as well as chocolate bars and chocolate spreads for those with a sweet tooth! There are also some thirty small cakes made with praline, ganache, raspberry, coffee, passion fruit, verbena... The Dentellière, made with roasted almonds, and the Coquilles Saint-Jacques, made with lentil shortbread cookie, are well worth a visit.
